“I was hesitant to take this course at the beginning because of the commitment. A few months in, I couldn’t be any happier that I did. The habits I have learned to implement during the course have been life-changing. I started this course during dark, cold Michigan winter. The course helped me get through the winter blues by implementing habits that made me feel so much better physically, mentally, and spiritually.
